Once you’ve notified the Claim Team of your claim you’ll need to provide documentation to support your claim. This will help us to assess your claim effectively. Each type of claim you make will require different supporting documentation (for example medical reports, police report, purchase receipts, proof of purchase).
Medical, Dental & Hospital Claims:
Contact Ski Insurance as soon as you can and they will advise you further. You will normally require medical reports and receipts.
Loss Or Theft:
It is important that you report this to the police immediately. You need to make sure you get a copy of the written notice of your report. You will also need proof of ownership for the lost or stolen item.
Damaged or misplaced luggage & personal effects:
Make sure you report the item lost/damaged to the airline, transport operator or hotel manager as soon as it happens. Obtain a written report from them detailing the issue. Also include any offer of settlement they provide you.
